Living in the third dimensional world. Do we always need the last word? Being right versus feeling peace.

We will always get an indication as to when we are coming from the lower vibration and fear by how we respond to others. We use the word ego in a flippant kind of way; but in truth the ego is easily recognizable by our actions.

When we are unkind to ourselves we will be unkind to others, the ego sets out to hurt and injure. The ego is the critic and always, always wants to be right.

Loving is so much easier, no need to argue, or fight, making someone or ourselves wrong. This kind of mindset is not beneficial to raising the vibration in the individual and if it is not beneficial for the individual it cannot serve the collective whole.

So once again my favorite Beatles song comes to mind:

"All you need is love!" As soon as you come back with but, but, but it won't pay the bills, or resolve the many issues in the world, you have stepped back into fear and therefore are resonating with the lower vibrations of the ego. Stay with love, think with love, send love to those who have injured you, and to those who are injuring others.

Our mission or ministry is and will always be supported if we are in alignment with the higher power. "Thy will be done, thy kingdom/queen Dom" come is a very beneficial affirmation, and an affirmation is only something we focus on consciously and we do it with less potent words all day long. I am really feeling the upcoming mercury retrograde already; paperwork is needs to be reviewed, things we haven't completed need to be re-visited, perhaps re-done.

Old friendships re-paired, burned bridges re-stored. Old fears, RE-LEASED!!!!!!

As we look over our shoulder once again the past is going to creep back in, old relationships, perhaps re-newed; some of those that were not completed through Karmic implications healed once and for all.

We can walk away and even move to the other side of the world, but we can never ever get away from whom we are, that we take with us wherever we go.

Re-laxing, re-visiting old stories we have told ourselves and believed may need to be re-written. Mercury does rule communication and with some aspects of Gemini in my planetary chart communication is my gift.

Not always articulate as I used to stutter as a child and therefore became very self-conscious and somewhat restricted in my communication, however I have honed my skill and always improving my second language that is English by learning more and more about the correct use of this language.

Mercury retrograde (feel free to do your own research, as I am not an Astrologer) helps us to be more correct in using our words. Words may heal words may also destroy. I will be very mindful the next few weeks as communication over this period of time may be misunderstood.

There may even be communication breakdown in our relationships.

Keep calm and RE-FOCUS paying attention to detail perfecting and re-fining your intentions. I am totally excited about this opportunity as I love to move into each day with a clear and clean conscious state of mind, body and spirit with the
understanding that I have given all I could and done all that was in my power in any given moment With that mindset there are no sleep-less nights, but only peace and love-more days.

Very joyous and blessed to be living at this time on the planet where so much light is needed and I have so much light to give.

I hope you celebrate the full moon/lunar eclipse well yesterday, last night. What an auspicious time for us all on the planet. Amidst the unrest on the planet we are still opening our hearts and maintaining faith for a better tomorrow. The Lunar eclipse/full Moon in Libra yesterday may have revealed many aspects of our shadow self to us, giving us clarity about what has occurred in the past in regard to "matters of the heart" family life and romance. These energetic imprints and wounds the heart has accumulated over many, many years may have been revealed to us over the last few weeks, even month, and now have come into full view for us to see and feel yesterday. Keeping our heart open and remembering the more often our heart is broken, the bigger it will become to embrace more and more souls into it. The energy could not be more amazing for us to practice forgiveness and unconditional love even though there is unrest and heart ache/break throughout various places on the planet. Easter representing new birth, a time to fertilize the ground and planting positive thoughts to create something fresh, vital and wonderful. Water it with a dose of daily love and gratitude. Having laid to rest that which no longer serves our spiritual growth will pave the foundation for that which will. Planting new seeds for a wonderful harvest in time to come. I am looking forward to colouring eggs for my family and friends before Easter Sunday. So excited!!!! All my love to you xox

What is a chakra? 

 We all have a vital energy system within us; these chakras are like pools of water. However this idea of chakras is not exclusive to the ancient teachings of India, even though Yoga practice is strongly associated with developing and opening the chakras, there are many other text which talk about vital points of power in our energetic body. The charkas are our vital energy system which are like computer programs with a vast storehouse of information which can be traced all the way back into ancient times. As an energy healer and metaphysical teacher I facilitate this cleansing process whereby I assist in releasing negative emotions to alleviate pain and prevent dis-ease. The word says it all. Dis----ease. Not at ease. Not relaxed. 

Our thoughts create our reality. The stronger the attachment to a thought and emotion the stronger the energy. 

You chakras are wheels of energy. In their perfect state they move clockwise flowing and distributing energy that has been accumulated over time. Energy is neither good nor bad, however your body will let you know through symptoms where there may be a block or stuck energy. It is your thoughts and the emotion attached to those thoughts that produces energy. A positive thought equals positive energy. Negative thoughts, ditto!

It is your point of inflow. Energy comes from above and flows down and out through your base chakra connecting you to above and below. The colour associated with this chakra is violet and gold. To maintain stability and openness to the goodness of life: It is the gateway to communicating with your higher self, you’re all knowing all wisdom self which is in constant communication with the creative principal or God or the Universe. Whatever feels comfortable for you use that. I often hear from people that they believe there is no God they believe in nothing, I think to myself but life believes in you. We belong to a supreme being, the governing force of all that is. We are all part of that power. Often depression, dizziness, insomnia, headaches, mental illness and tumors are the result of an imbalance in the crown chakra.

Not feeling connected or being able to communicate with something or someone greater than ourselves may leave us feeling alone and separate. Balancing your crown chakra is very beneficial and helpful in opening the gateway for the immense light and power of the universe to flow through you.  Judgments and being analytical is another aspect that may weaken this energetic gateway.  To keep it open and flowing, practice meditation, practice gratitude, and the hardest lesson of them all, detachment. The more you let go of attachment the more the vital life energy will flow through you. It is beneficial to use lavender oil, add the medicinal sweet violet herb, use amethyst crystals, pray, have an energy healing or chakra balance.

Gratitude is abundance and being ungrateful leads to poverty of spirit body mind and soul. Even in pain and loss, grieve and heartache we can be grateful for the experience. 

The lessons of life are not just joyous, some lessons are down right painful, but being grateful for it helps us to transcend the pain and frees us to enter a new domain of wisdom and greater compassion. Gratitude for this moment, for the ways of our creator who is ever present. In each heartbeat and in each tear all of life partakes. The breath if life to be honoured and appreciated, it sustains our life and the more we enjoy each breath and embrace others in our sweetness, the more we help to ease their pain.

Life is eternal and we are merely passing through. Not a single day passes without tears flowing as stories are being told, hearts are opened and souls are awakened. This is not an easy process, but one that transforms and raises the individual to a different level of awareness and understanding.

We cannot ever be free form anyone or anything unless we begin to truly love and bless the people involved. The brokenness people feel they carry from person to person forever increasing the potency of the pain they felt, the injustice that was done to them always a reminder of the tenderness in their heart. It is hard to say good bye to yesterday, but just as easy to say hello to this day! 

Allow the gift of this day to greet you from above, from below and from each side. Only goodness, only love, only peace and acceptance is needed.
